We are looking for an intern to join our IT Processes and Data Office team, responsible for supporting Bocconi students/graduates during their internship experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in IT and data management.

The internship will provide the opportunity to work on various projects, including:

  • Managing contacts with students and companies regarding internship experiences
  • Supporting operational activities during all phases of the internship
  • Organizing and participating in training activities for students
  • Supporting team activities and projects

The internship is aimed at providing the intern with a comprehensive experience in a service-oriented company, with a focus on supporting Bocconi students/graduates during their internship experience.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree with an outstanding academic path
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Curious to know how a higher education institution operates in the international education market
  • Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic, with very good interpersonal and team working skills, analytical and critical thinking, hands-on approach, customer oriented, able to organize and manage work timely and autonomously, self-starter with strong attention to detail

We offer a 6 months paid internship, starting from October 2024. The place of work is Milan. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive work environment.
