HR Operations Specialist

Thales Alenia Space is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Roma. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for contributing to HRIS improvements and development of new modules, including coordination of IT change control requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run reports to pursue the data cleansing effort and update other databases for Finance forecasting purposes.
- Harmonize, integrate, and simplify HR Data Management.
- Reconcile data errors and ensure high data quality.
- Liaise with HR Business Partners and HR Administration.
- Streamline and improve current HRIS processes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working in a matrix-based organization structure.
- Master's degree in Business Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Employee data and SAP reporting.
- Expert user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Personal traits: integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality, personal resilience, and ability to create followership.
