About the role

Franke Cyber Resilience Services aims to strengthen the cyber resilience of our organization. As part of this team, you will have access to the latest security solutions from top vendors and managed service providers. We define protection strategies for various technologies, including cloud environments, IoT devices, and Industry 4.0 environments.
You will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer, providing you with top management visibility from day one.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and drive the zero-trust corporate strategy, enhancing our group's cyber maturity.
• Establish and champion identity-focused cybersecurity initiatives based on your expertise and collaboration with the Identity team.
• Stay ahead of emerging security practices and regulations, refining our standards to maintain industry leadership.
• Utilize your experience to find creative solutions to complex security scenarios by combining your own knowledge and relevant security resources.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to produce innovative solutions covering business and IT users.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar position, defining identity and zero-trust cybersecurity strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID and zero-trust enabling technologies such as micro-segmentation and ZTNA.
• Possession of Microsoft certifications like Identity and Access Administrator Associate and/or Azure Security Engineer Associate is desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ongoing business travel required.
