Community Ambassador, Channel Retail

- As a Community Specialist at Apple, you will be responsible for representing the Apple brand within multiple partner stores and helping customers develop relationships with our products.
- Key responsibilities include selling directly to customers, working closely with partners, and creating new owners of our products.
- You will provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services, and proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
- To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to educate partners and customers through small in-store trainings, delivering demos, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
**Requirements**
- Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
- Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.
- Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.
- Ability to educate, inspire, and influence others.
- Solid relationship building skills with the ability to become a trusted business partner at multiple points of sale.
