  1. As a Community Specialist at Apple, you will be responsible for representing the Apple brand within multiple partner stores and helping customers develop relationships with our products.
  2. Key responsibilities include selling directly to customers, working closely with partners, and creating new owners of our products.
  3. You will provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services, and proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
  4. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to educate partners and customers through small in-store trainings, delivering demos, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.
  5. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.

**Requirements**

  1. Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
  2. Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.
  3. Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.
  4. Ability to educate, inspire, and influence others.
  5. Solid relationship building skills with the ability to become a trusted business partner at multiple points of sale.
