About the Role:
Alexander McQueen Italia is seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our team at Milan Rinascente. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing strong product knowledge, and maintaining high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide customers with expert advice and recommendations.
- Understand current products, trends, and collections to ensure customers are informed and aware of the latest offerings.
- Replenish stock and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
- Stay up-to-date with customer requirements and operating procedures.
- Meet daily sales targets and performance metrics through effective sales techniques.
- Open and close the store according to business needs, adhering to company security rules.
- Ensure personal appearance and presentation meet company standards.
- Adhere to Security and Health & Safety regulations.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and initiate contact with customers.
- Motivated by being part of a dynamic team with a common goal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
