Join Our Team as a Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Tagetik Software S.r.l. in Lucca or Salerno. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our software products.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to develop, maintain, and enhance features of the product.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve product software issues working with Customer Support, other development teams, and Product Management.
  • Contribute to recognizing patterns of issues and potential root causes, and advocate for investigation and/or holistic fixes.
  • Collaborate in examining operational activities and technology debt scenarios that would benefit from new ideas or automation.
  • Contribute to pushing for approaches that drive quality and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent working experience.
  • At least 4 years' working experience in software development, including knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java, with a focus on Spring Framework, or C#.
  • Basic knowledge of test practices, such as unit testing, and their automation, or Design Patterns, SOLID, and Clean Code Principles.
  • Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English.
