PagoPA S.p.A. è alla ricerca di un Senior Software Engineer per collaborare con il Suo Responsabile per progettare servizi e soluzioni software altamente scalabili e affidabili.

Responsabilità
  • Operare su tecnologie e sistemi con la capacità di risolvere problemi end-to-end;
  • Contribuire e guidare la progettazione, lo sviluppo, la manutenzione e l'evoluzione di servizi digitali;
  • Collaborare in un team di prodotto con altri engineer, designer e product manager per definire gli obiettivi, disambiguare i requisiti e impostare la pianificazione delle attività per raggiungere i suddetti obiettivi;
  • Seguire alti standard ingegneristici e contribuire a garantire l'alta qualità del codice;
  • Supportare i prodotti in produzione per perseguire l'eccellenza dell'operatività attraverso attività di debug, analisi di criticità, prestazioni;
  • Collaborare con altri team per progettare e sviluppare funzionalità complesse;
  • Essere un/una role-model per apprendimento continuo, attitudine al ragionamento data-driven e spinta a migliorare se stesso e il team.
Requisiti minimi
  • Laurea triennale o specialistica in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica. In ogni caso la Società si riserva di valutare laureati in altre materie e/o candidati non laureati con esperienza nel ruolo e/o nei settori di interesse;
  • Almeno 5 anni di comprovata esperienza nel ruolo o in ruoli affini;
  • Conoscenza comprovata in almeno un linguaggio di programmazione fortemente tipizzato, sviluppo di servizi sincroni e asincroni REST documentati tramite OpenAPI, capacità di scrivere test automatici di tipo unitari e di integrazione, familiarità con Git per il version control, inclusa la capacità di impostare flussi di lavoro collaborativi su GitHub con code review, gestione delle pull requests e di eseguirli per guidare al miglioramento gli altri membri del team;
  • Buon livello di inglese scritto e parlato.
Requisiti preferenziali
  • Conoscenza approfondita ed esperienza con almeno uno fra Java (Spring o Quarkus) e Typescript con per lo sviluppo server side;
  • Esperienza o conoscenza di diversi paradigmi di programmazione come object oriented e funzionale;
  • Esperienza diretta di sviluppo in ambienti cloud pubblici (es: AWS, Azure);
  • Familiarità con le virtualizzazioni (Docker, K8s) o con piattaforme serverless;
  • Conoscenza di DDD;
  • Esperienza in team Product Centric.
