Fabrication Welder Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Welder Operator to join our team at Baker Hughes. As a Fabrication Welder Operator, you will be responsible for performing welding activities for the fabrication of components of different types of Baker Hughes products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily activities according to Health, Safety Environment & Quality standards.
• Realize material identification and execute preliminary checks of the state of the details in accordance with the applicable specifications.
• Participate in weekly HSE & Quality communications shared by Ops Leader and Production Supervisor with the entire team.
• Suggest actions to improve the activities carried out according to the spirit of the company's program of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Hold a high school diploma (preferably Mechanical Expert).
• Show fundamental knowledge of manual, automatic, and semi-automatic welding processes.
• Have experience in at least one type of welding process (manual, automatic, semi-automatic).
• Be available to work on shifts (including weekends if necessary).
• Be able to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• Display referenced experience in welding and machining activities.
• Show knowledge of Oil & Gas products.
• Demonstrate expertise in using precision measuring instruments.
• Display computer skills (using Excel, Word, e-mail, etc.).
• Exhibit a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Hold a EU Work Permit.
• Be fluent in Italian.
