Your line manager will not have the authority to approve or deny your application but must be adequately informed.

Role Objective: Assist the Procurement Partner in securing goods and services in Italy, aligning with the Procurement Department's strategy, based on established Standards, Policies, Processes, and global Procedures, to optimize economic, quality, and sustainability aspects while ensuring effective execution control through the company’s purchasing tool.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the bidding, negotiation, and contracting of the Company’s Assets through a hybrid structure that integrates a Global category definition with a Country Structure, ensuring business proximity while maintaining alignment with the Company’s Global Strategy. Aid in identifying needs, opportunities, and Best Practices within the Operations Centers and hotels in your designated area. Collaborate with the Procurement Partner to achieve savings, quality, and service objectives for the Operations Centers and hotels. Ensure adherence to budgets and savings targets, assisting in identifying causes of any discrepancies and implementing corrective actions. Support the proper application of the Purchasing Policy to generate revenue through supplier and volume consolidation, along with their corresponding contributions as per contract. Participate in agreements that facilitate the management of necessary budgets for investment requests from the Operations Centers and hotels within your area, coordinating with corporate Procurement teams to unify suppliers and volumes where feasible. Manage the solicitation and comparison of quotations. Input all required information into the system to enable purchases from hotels in your geographical area. Gather documentation from managed suppliers to upload into the system, ensuring maximum transparency for any audits of your management area. Assist in resolving issues reported by hotels regarding the quality or service of contracted suppliers in your area. Support hotels (Economatos, Administration, or any other department) in formalizing orders, payments, or product receptions, as well as in any incidents they may encounter. Report and provide feedback to Hotel Services regarding the needs and opportunities of hotels in your area.
