About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Data Analyst to join our Risk and Pricing team in Rome. As a Risk and Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the risk performance of our credit portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee comprehensive monitoring and analysis of risk KPIs across all product lines.
- Transform complex data into strategic insights that drive proactive risk management.
- Develop and refine risk and fraud policies to strengthen decision-making integrity and operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support high-impact initiatives, including Open Banking and Pay product launches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- Knowledge of the banking/financial sector.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Nice to have: knowledge of PowerBI and Python.
