Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our new JOJOE location in Rome. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Build a sustainable and innovative business by promoting JOJOE's brand offers and cross-selling opportunities
* Implement local marketing strategies and dynamic pricing to boost growth
* Ensure compliance with JOJOE processes by third-party partners
* Lead and develop the team for high performance and attendance
* Achieve targets and increase profits by optimising PL performance and identifying improvement opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous management experience in a hospitality environment, including administration, financial, and HR topics
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to converse fluently in Italian and English
* Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty
