Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for Process Engineering tasks previously overseen by the Operations Director in the Production Unit.
  • Tackle the heightened workload and complexity of projects resulting from the increasing demand for automation and strategic expansion plans.
  • Supervise the allocation of responsibilities between the manufacturing facility and the Global Manufacturing Team (GMT), particularly concerning project leadership transitioning to the facility.
  • Manage the escalating workload demands due to rising production volumes, requiring continuous coverage across three shifts.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to establish effective maintenance strategies and address challenges posed by advanced equipment.
  • Prioritize and direct initiatives related to New Product Introduction and ongoing product management.
  • Provide critical support for product development, especially during the prototype phase where standard processes may not be established.
  • Ensure successful launches of intricate new products, leveraging recent experiences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical management positions, ideally within manufacturing or similar sectors.
  • Proficient understanding of manufacturing processes and methodologies, including workflow, layout, assembly, and production equipment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on driving improvements and optimizing processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering, maintenance, and new product launch strategies.
  • Exceptional project management and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication abilities to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English (C1 level).
