Construction Planning and Execution Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Planning and Execution Specialist to join our Industrial and Energy Technology team. As a key member of our Engineering Transformation team, you will be responsible for planning and controlling the execution of assembling activities on site in accordance with the construction schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the construction schedule based on construction strategy, material availability, and set main milestones for the construction phase.
  • Manage and control the schedule from structure arrival to module delivery, supported by Primavera P6 and project control tools.
  • Lead weekly reports shared with customers, including key milestones, progress, and productivity reporting.
  • Prepare project control documents in compliance with project requirements.
  • Ensure operational alignment with production plans and KPIs while optimizing inventory and process improvements.
  • Estimate sales and inventory levels on a monthly basis.
  • Set the transportation plan and strategy with the operations leader and contractors.
  • Create strategic and operational plans, monitoring and following up with the commercial team on opportunities, defining available slots and man-hour estimations.
  • Suggest improvements in products, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with experience in Planning).
  • Experience in EPC Planning and Execution.
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams, leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.
