Job Description:

The Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring and managing the company's costs, ensuring they remain within established budgets and contributing to maximizing profitability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing industrial and warehouse accounting, in compliance with Group reporting roles and codes;
  • Controlling industrial costs (fixed and variable costs) and analyzing deviations versus standard costs;
  • Participating actively in the month-end closing process;
  • Collaborating with various departments to understand cost dynamics and support strategic decision-making;
  • Managing budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals;
  • Identifying and implementing strategies to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant tax and accounting regulations;
  • Participating in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in it;
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial production sector;
  • In-depth knowledge of budgeting techniques and cost analysis;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and analysis software (e.g., Excel, ERP, SAP);
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines;
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
