Beauty Advisor @ Balmain Beauty, Roma - La Rinascente, part-time 29h

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, ensuring a unique and inspirational in-store experience. With your passion for people and beauty, you will build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike, driving sales and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, providing personalized advice and support to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and business success
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve visual merchandising standards and store goals
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of diversity and excellence

Requirements:

  • Previous retail industry experience, preferably in beauty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country, if invited to attend an interview
