The Role of Commis de Partie Intern

We are seeking a talented and passionate Commis de Partie Intern to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef in preparing restaurant recipes and ensuring consistent quality is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sous Chef in preparing restaurant recipes and ensuring consistent quality is delivered
  • Work alongside the culinary team to prepare dishes and accurately measure and prepare recipe ingredients
  • Help maintain a safe and sanitary work environment as per HACCP
  • Assist in completing and setting up working stations

Requirements

  • Culinary experience in a luxury resort or hotel
  • Passion for delivering exceptional culinary standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
