Quality Manager

Job Description:

CarusiHR & Co. srl Unipersonale, a leading Italian company in advanced technological engineering and automotive project development, is seeking a Quality Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the final product and its compliance with technical specifications (precision, performance, productivity, reliability, safety). They will monitor and supervise the implementation of quality standards throughout the production process, analyzing performance and customer feedback to suggest improvements. The Quality Manager will also participate in the qualification and growth of our suppliers, implementing systems and procedures to measure and improve quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's quality plan, ensuring a high level of quality throughout the production process and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence among all company functions, customers, and suppliers;
  • Define and revise process and product standards, verifying their implementation in every phase through non-conformity detection systems and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
  • Identify inefficiencies in the production process or individual production phases and resolve existing problems;
  • Plan and supervise internal audits and audits of suppliers, coordinating product testing and inspections to verify compliance with designs and operational protocols;
  • Promote the general improvement of suppliers and their quality culture;
  • Conduct inspections and/or site visits of materials at suppliers' premises in case of repetitive criticalities;
  • Analyze customer feedback on products and/or services to identify areas for improvement;
  • Develop and propose quality indicators to the management, suggesting improvements to products and procedures based on control results;
  • Participate in quality committees with company top management, representing the quality management system;
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of a quality control specialist;
  • Train personnel on the tools adopted by the organization and the objectives of compliance to be achieved.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the role, preferably in the automotive or motorsport sector;
  • Availability for occasional short trips to suppliers' and/or customers' premises;
  • Proficiency in the English language.

Working Location: South-West Province of Parma

Contract: Indeterminate employment contract with particularly incentivizing and stimulating economic conditions.
