At Quirón Prevencion, we are seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to join our team in the renewable energy sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental sustainability of our wind farm projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HSE strategies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
  • Provide training and guidance to project personnel on HSE procedures and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain HSE documentation, including risk assessments, incident reports, and compliance records.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as Health and Safety or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as an HSE Advisor or Coordinator in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, including GWO (4MODULES) training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent English language skills (minimum B2 level).
