About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a vital role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechatronic systems, including mechanical, electrical, and digital components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechatronic systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to resolve equipment and system problems.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in mechatronics, digital systems, and automation technologies, participating in relevant training programs and workshops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, leveraging your expertise in mechatronics and digital systems.
• Document procedures, findings, and solutions accurately for future reference.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in mechatronics and digital systems.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in mechatronics, electronics, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechatronic systems, including mechanical, electrical, and digital components.
• Basic knowledge of digital sensors, actuators, and control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally as needed.
