Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of 40,000 - 60,000 EUR per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work on the development of nuclear instrumentation and products for various applications. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with a team of experts in different fields
- Executing measurements and creating technical descriptions and documents
- Participating in product under development
- Providing feedback and reports to superiors
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- A Master's degree in Particle or Nuclear Physics, or Nuclear Engineering
- Knowledge of ionizing radiation detectors and pulse processing techniques
- Fluency in English language (written and spoken), at least B2 level
- Fluency in Italian language (written and spoken), at least C1 level
- Demonstrated competence in quantitative gamma spectrum analysis techniques
Bonus Requirements
- Hands-on experience with integration of ionizing radiation data acquisition system, especially for gamma, neutron detection prototypes
- Experience in setup and test of radiation measurement system
Soft Skills
- Excellent personal task management skills and self-motivation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and collaborative mindset needed for effective teamwork
