Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Development Group in developing and executing strategic partnerships and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, investors, and industry experts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business growth strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and manage business cases and proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business progress and performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, or a related field.
