We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to join our Amazon Logistics team in Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing within your team
  • Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity levels
  • Support and lead your team, handling administrative work and building a strong team culture
  • Analyse performance data to suggest process improvements and optimise work processes

A Day in the Life

You will work shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and monitoring process efficiency. Your days will include prioritising routine team management, daily operational tasks, and other responsibilities such as individual escalations and process improvement work.

About the Team

Amazon Logistics is responsible for 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilise creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver millions of physical products to our customers. Our goal is to provide a smooth delivery experience and roll out global delivery solutions for new concepts like Amazon Fresh and Prime Now.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at €50,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team, learn about the complexity of operations at a global business, and develop your leadership skills.
