Job Summary:

As a Night Auditor at Castello di Casole, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours. You will handle front office responsibilities, perform essential financial and administrative tasks, and provide outstanding service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and cashier operations, according to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide information and reservations about activities and services.
  • Coordinate with porters, drivers, and security staff to meet guest needs.
  • Process daily reports to the administration and other departments.
  • Assist guests with room service requests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Fluent in English and Italian. A third language is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Good understanding of the local area and its attractions.
