About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil & Structural Engineer - Graduate to join our team. As a graduate engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of large-scale projects, providing support for general energy projects, transmission and distribution, power generation, renewable energy, and nuclear power.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce design of civil works and buildings (steel or concrete structure) to Eurocode or BS.
  • Use structural design software and hand calculation to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Produce design calculation reports and technical specifications.
  • Produce 2D drawings and 3D BIM modelling.
  • Check drawings produced by others.
  • Attend design review meetings as required.
  • Site visit/survey/meeting as required.
  • Perform other tasks given by project or team lead.
Requirements
  • Less than 12 months relevant work experience.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a similar subject.
  • Methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
