About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scada Sales Engineer to join our team at Vestas, a leading manufacturer of wind turbines. As a key member of our Regional Support area, you will be responsible for providing state-of-the-art leading technology in Monitoring, Control and Data acquisition systems for the Wind Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the bid management process to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and close new sales contracts, leveraging Vestas' technical and engineering support to enable customers to configure and optimize their SCADA systems.
  • Provide education and training to customers on SCADA sales annexes and optimization options, ensuring they understand the full potential of our technology.
  • Develop, review, and report on the sales process to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Secure customer loyalty by providing exceptional support and professionalism throughout the sales phase, and by facilitating communication and coordination with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Engineer degree, preferably in Industrial, IT, or Telecommunication.
  • Previous experience in SCADA systems is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Energy Sector, Renewable/Wind Energy Market is beneficial.
  • Experience in sales, commercial, and technical/commercial negotiations.
  • Competencies in commercial/technical negotiations, contract handling, SCADA knowledge, travel availability, high personal drive, proactive, result-oriented, and team working oriented.
