We are seeking a skilled Laundry Attendant to join our team at Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our guests' laundry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine collection and delivery of laundry to and from the laundry area.
- Sorting, washing, drying, and ironing of laundry items.
- Ensuring all laundry is properly labeled and accounted for.
- Operating laundry equipment and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry laundry bags and equipment.
