Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Relations Officer to join our team at Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service to prospects and customers through various channels.
  • Manage organizational aspects, understand customer needs, and apply qualitative standards to stimulate relationship development.
  • Track and monitor activities and results, and proactively minimize information and tool gaps to improve service offered.
  • Find effective solutions to manage complaints or disservices, demonstrating the value of the company and creating a climate of trust to retain customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, Italian, and French.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, with a strong focus on the phone channel (inbound and outbound).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and listening skills, with a strong sales and problem-solving approach.
  • Able to work under pressure and have a good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, as well as CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Previous experience in the luxury/fashion industry is a plus.
