The Department of Economics and Management at the University of Padua is seeking a talented and ambitious scholar to fill a tenure-track position in Economics.

The tenure track will run for up to six years, with the possibility of promotion to a tenured position by the end of that period or before. The position is open to candidates working in all fields of Economics.

Teaching involves courses in the department's B. Sc., M. Sc., and PhD programmes, taught in English.

The Marco Fanno Fellowship, generously offered by the Unicredit Foundation, supplements the stipend for this position. The fellowship lasts for three years with a total amount of €60,000, gross of taxes.

The current Italian tax law provides special fiscal treatment for individuals relocating from abroad, offering a near-total exemption from personal income tax for an extended period.
