At International SOS, we're seeking a talented Business Development Manager to drive market growth and identify new opportunities.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing market growth strategies to increase revenue and profit targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with International SOS companies and networks to identify global leads and opportunities.
- Defining go-to-market plans for assigned market segments, including competitor analysis and market dynamics.
- Coordinating administrative and financial activities, including contract review, tenders, and invoicing.
- Implementing new business initiatives, ensuring successful execution of all administrative, operational, and financial activities.
- Staying ahead of market trends and insights, participating in workshops, and networking events.
About You
- Experience in consultative selling or business development within professional services or B2B.
- Passionate professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Global mindset, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
- Excellent numerical, written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
- Highly organized, with exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
