Human Resources Generalist

Are you a skilled professional with a passion for payroll processing and human resources management?

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our team at Fedrigoni Group. As a key member of our payroll department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our attendance records, payroll input flows, and employee data management.

• Manage and close attendance records accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare payroll input flows, maintain personal data, and verify payslips.
• Liaise with our payroll provider to address any queries or concerns.
• Provide local support at production sites and to our HR Business Partners.

• At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
• A good understanding of personnel administration topics and processes.
• Fluency in Italian is essential, while proficiency in English or Spanish is desirable.
• Experience with Zucchetti software is considered an asset.
