Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes at Mp3. This role involves implementing and maintaining our quality management system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control procedures and processes.
  • Regularly monitor and control production processes to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Investigate and resolve non-conformities, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality requirements, and conduct quality audits as needed.
  • Support the purchasing department in ensuring that all materials and components meet our quality standards.
  • Assess the efficiency of our processes and propose improvements to the management team.
  • Communicate quality management information to local management and the Group, as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or process improvement role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
