We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment. As a key member of the Crmresidential team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
  2. Prioritize work orders to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
  3. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to optimize equipment performance
  4. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues with facilities and equipment
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
  6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  7. Order and maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipment to support maintenance operations
  8. Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  9. Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate maintenance work and ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
  2. Proven experience - Minimum three years as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
  3. Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques
  4. Familiarity with HVAC and various appliances
  5. Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall
  6. Ability to supervise, teach, and motivate staff
  7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
  11. Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies
