**Innovate with Amazon's Operations Innovation Lab**

We're seeking a skilled technician to join our team in Vercelli, Italy, to support the installation, maintenance, and demonstration of automated technologies in our Experience Center.

As a Lab Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring our technologies are safely installed, well-maintained, and up-to-date. You'll also collaborate with our Lab Tour Admin to prepare and support during Lab Tours.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support installation of automated technologies, MHE, and other technology products
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair issues with technologies
  • Manage spare parts lists and maintain stock quantities
  • Update technologies and components through continuous improvement
  • Assure that technologies installed in the lab are functional and available at all times

We're open to hiring candidates to work out of Vercelli, ITA, with occasional travel within Europe (5%).
