**Job Summary**

Burberry Limited is seeking a skilled Prototypist to join our team in Florence, Italy. As a Prototypist, you will play a critical role in the assembly of luxury bags, working closely with our CAD department, cutting department, preparation department, stitching department, and product development department.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Read and interpret patterns to identify the different parts that make up a luxury bag
  • Assemble bag parts and mount accessories on luxury bags
  • Suggest possible technical and quality improvements to enhance the manufacturing process
  • Collaborate with CAD and Industrialization teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and resolve technical problems during the assembling phase

**Requirements**

  • Demonstrated experience in prototyping and manufacturing techniques
  • Good knowledge of leather goods manufacturing processes and metal hardware
  • Basic knowledge of luxury bags creation processes
  • Problem-solving and team work qualities
  • Attention to detail and good interpersonal and communication skills
