We are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant for our Kappa Outlet store in Mondovì (Mondovicino Outlet Village). As a Sales Assistant, your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and sales excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing store environment by ensuring order, cleanliness, and completeness of merchandise. Your role involves collaborating positively with the team, being courteous, friendly, and kind.

  • At least 2 years of previous experience as a Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field);
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered a plus);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in schedule.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting customers in making informed purchasing decisions;
  • Maintaining, managing, and handling merchandise on display;
  • Replenishing stock to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability;
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;
  • Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines;
  • Handling cashier operations.
