A Waiter/ess (Server) at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice plays a critical role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing regulations
- Ensure extensive knowledge of menu and products
- Maintain a well-stocked mis-en-place at all floor stations
- Follow correct reporting procedures in case of issues
- Deliver food and beverage orders with consistently high standards and timely service
- Practice Hilton grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
Our ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. Previous experience in the food and beverage industry and knowledge of food hygiene regulations are advantageous.
