About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business stakeholders to drive talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide solutions.
- Source, attract, and select top talent for our organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Provide regular reporting and analytics to stakeholders on recruitment metrics and trends.
Requirements:
- BS/BA in a related discipline or advanced degree is highly desired.
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience within an in-house or RPO environment.
- Experience recruiting for technical or engineering disciplines with the flexibility to support other key business areas when needed.
- Highly motivated with a drive to meet and exceed expectations.
- Working proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with working with different recruiting tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs, or Talent Networks.
- Fluent English and Italian are essential to the role. However, some knowledge of French and/or Spanish is desirable/advantageous.
