At Sobi, we are dedicated to developing and delivering innovative therapies to improve the lives of people who live with a rare disease. We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily/weekly/monthly sales analysis for BUDs and GM, as well as supporting the affiliate in delivering appropriate sales forecasting, identifying key drivers and assumptions, and executing modeling/forecasting as required to enable strategic decisions.

  • Providing daily/weekly/monthly Sales analysis for BUDs and GM
  • Support the affiliate in delivering appropriate sales forecasting, identifying key drivers and assumptions, and execute modeling/forecasting as required to enable strategic decisions.
  • Support the affiliate in analyzing Iqvia data, Market research data, and competitors performance data
  • Work with affiliate and HQ in order to prepare the local incentive plan, commitment, and cycle plan
  • CRM administration
  • Providing support to affiliate in improving our systems for business needs (Qlik sense report, BI)
  • Managing the tools and the processes for reporting of Sales and Marketing analytics, trend analysis, customer account plan, etc.
  • Partnering closely with the International team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business
  • Knowledge of IT systems such as: CRM, BI, and Qlik sense
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and Italian. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
