Stiamo cercando un/una Impiegato/a per un ruolo di Tender Specialist all'interno della nostra società di consulenza per aziende farmaceutiche di medio/grandi dimensioni.

La figura selezionata sarà sottoposta a una formazione retribuita aziendale per acquisire le competenze necessarie per il ruolo.

**Le tue responsabilità**

La risorsa selezionata si occuperà di:

• Predisporre tutta la documentazione tecnica/amministrativa/economica correlata alla partecipazione dei clienti assegnati a gare d'appalto;

• Collaborare con il team di progetto per garantire la realizzazione dei progetti in modo efficiente e efficace;

• Analizzare e valutare le offerte dei clienti per garantire la massima competitività;

• Coordinare le attività dei team di progetto per garantire la realizzazione dei progetti in modo tempestivo;

• Collaborare con i clienti per garantire la soddisfazione dei loro bisogni;

• Analizzare e valutare i dati per garantire la massima efficienza dei processi;

• Collaborare con il team di marketing per garantire la promozione dei servizi offerti;

• Collaborare con il team di vendita per garantire la crescita dei clienti.

**Requisiti minimi**

• Diploma di maturità/laurea triennale (preferibilmente in ambito giuridico/economico);

• Gradita esperienza pregressa, anche breve, in ambito amministrativo;

• Orientamento al risultato;

• Attitudine al problem solving;

• Capacità analitiche, relazionali ed organizzative;

• Capacità di interagire a diversi livelli e con diversi interlocutori;

• Attitudine al lavoro in team, flessibilità, proattività;

• Ottime conoscenze informatiche.

**Tipologia contrattuale**

Contratto a tempo determinato full-time (40h la settimana, dal lunedì al venerdì).
