Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Product Manager to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective planning, coordination, and development of sales and marketing strategies.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have ownership of all business aspects related to the program, with a strong focus on business development and lead generation. This includes full ownership of direct sales in the country and meeting sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth and expand the market
  • Plan, coordinate, and develop sales staff including recruitment, training plans, tracking of achievement, and performance reviews
  • Own all relevant business aspects related to the program, focusing on business development and lead generation
  • Meet sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably Master's degree
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or consulting
  • Proven leadership experience and skills (successfully leading a team of minimum 10 people)
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills (oral and written)
  • Experience in sales (B2C or B2B) and great interest in coaching other salespeople
  • Working/studying abroad experience valued
What We Offer
