Hqse Assistant

Gi Group S.P.A. is seeking a highly skilled HQSE Assistant to join its team in Moncalieri. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality and safety systems, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

• Implement and maintain quality and safety systems, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and control regulatory compliance through regular internal audits and checks.
• Supervise quality control processes during production and commercialization, collaborating with the production team to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Manage and document non-conformities, analyzing causes and proposing corrective actions to reduce risks and prevent future errors.
• Provide training and awareness to personnel on food safety practices, waste management, workplace safety, and environmental issues.
• Prepare and update reports on quality, safety, and environmental performance.

• University degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• Previous experience in the food industry or related roles.
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly BRC and IFS certification.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a team, problem-solving, and precision.
