Clinical Programmer

Talent Solutions, a division of ManpowerGroup, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Programmer to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Clinical Programmer, you will play a crucial role in the development of data analysis plans and contribute to the success of our clients.

• Develop and implement data analysis plans in collaboration with statistical colleagues, physicians, and clinical research scientists.
• Program ADaM datasets and specifications, as well as TLFs according to SAP.
• Contribute to post-hoc analyses, safety analyses, or interim analyses as needed.
• Participate in the review of Case Report Forms, Statistical Analysis Plans, QC Specifications, and Database Structures.
• Develop and validate standard SAS macros for SDTM/ADaM programming, as well as Tables and Reporting according to computational methods.
• Supervise programming activities assigned to CROs.
• Provide precise indications for the design of eCRFs, IRTs, ePROs, and review related technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Study Statisticians in developing statistical analyses for studies.

• At least 1 year of experience in biostatistics/programming in clinical research (company or CRO) with a focus on phase I-III registration studies in oncology.
• Biostatistics/Mathematics master's degree preferred.
• Fluency in English (level C2) is required.
• Advanced SAS programming skills.
• Detailed knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM).
• Knowledge of main guidelines (EMA/FDA).
• eCRF design, R programming, and other programming languages are appreciated.
