European Packaging Specialist

As a Packaging Specialist for Glass and Metal Caps at Nestlé Waters, you will be responsible for providing expertise and support to our factories in line with Zone EUR and Business priorities. Your key objectives will include industrializing glass bottles, metal caps, and related secondary & tertiary packaging, as well as providing expert support for industrial-related processes such as capping. You will also lead packaging project management activities, identify, perform, or support packaging projects with objectives such as packaging material harmonization and standardization, sustainability projects, cost optimization, packaging adaptation to new regulations, packaging and process optimization, new suppliers homologation, and new packaging/technologies industrialization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Industrialize glass bottles, metal caps, and related secondary & tertiary packaging
• Provide expert support for industrial-related processes such as capping
• Lead packaging project management activities
• Identify, perform, or support packaging projects with objectives such as packaging material harmonization and standardization, sustainability projects, cost optimization, packaging adaptation to new regulations, packaging and process optimization, new suppliers homologation, and new packaging/technologies industrialization

Requirements:

• Solid packaging industry experience (Water, beverages packaging expert, Blowing/Injection Process expert)
• Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams (with or without direct reports) in international environments
• Ability to work as a team
