The Role

We are seeking an Electrical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Siemens Energy Transformers in Trento. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our power transformers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing quality checks during the construction process to ensure compliance with quality standards;
  • Conducting incoming material control to guarantee that all materials meet the required specifications;
  • Detecting nonconformities, coordinating corrective actions, and performing root cause analysis;
  • Supporting the service and production teams in resolving customer complaints and implementing corrective actions;
  • Cultivating a culture of quality awareness among production staff and promoting adherence to quality standards;
  • Evaluating quality requirements during the manufacturing process to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in quality control in a factory environment, preferably in customized production;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
  • Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate complex ideas clearly;
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for business purposes.
