Stiamo cercando un Tax Manager da inserire all'interno del nostro team di consulenza tributaria, con sede a Milano. Il candidato ideale sarà un professionista con esperienza maturata presso studi di dottori commercialisti, società di advisory o società Big4.

Compiti e Responsabilità
  • Consulenza in ambito di operazioni straordinarie (fusioni, scissioni, conferimenti, etc)
  • Consulenza in ambito di operazioni di M&A ed effettuazioni di due diligence fiscali su operazioni di acquisizione e vendita
  • Consulenza tributaria in materia d'imposte dirette e indirette rivolta a società italiane e subsidiary di multinazionali
  • Consulenza e predisposizione dei relativi atti in ambito di contenzioso tributario
  • Condurre analisi fiscali approfondite per identificare e valutare i rischi fiscali e le opportunità di pianificazione per i clienti sia in ambito nazionale che internazionale
  • Preparazione di bilanci d'esercizio comprensivi di Nota Integrativa e Relazione sulla Gestione
  • Predisposizione del calcolo delle imposte e dei relativi dichiarativi fiscali in materia di imposte dirette e indirette
  • Redazione di pareri fiscali e presentazione delle conclusioni ai clienti
  • Collaborare con team interni e consulenti esterni per garantire la conformità della normativa fiscale
  • Monitorare le normative fiscali in evoluzione e fornire aggiornamenti e raccomandazioni ai clienti
Requisiti Richiesti
  • Laurea Magistrale in Economia o affini
  • Abilitazione alla professione di Dottore Commercialista
  • Da 5 a 10 anni di esperienza maturata presso studi di dottori commercialisti, società di advisory o società Big4
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle normative fiscali nazionali e internazionali
  • Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese parlato e scritto
  • Competenza nella suite MS Office
  • Forti capacità analitiche e tecniche
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team
