Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Consea Group. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing one or more product lines, from both a product marketing and product management perspective.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Life Cycle Management: Manage the complete product life cycle from inception to obsolescence, ensuring that products meet customer needs and stay competitive in the market.
  • Marketing Materials Development: Develop marketing and training materials for responsible products, including product brochures, datasheets, and sales sheets.
  • Sales Enablement: Train sales people and support key customer opportunities to ensure that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively sell our products.
  • Partnership Development: Develop and manage strategic relationships with third-party vendors and partners to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Pricing and Profitability: Responsible for pricing, budgets, and profitability of products, ensuring that they meet business objectives and stay competitive in the market.
  • Collaboration with R&D: Cooperate closely with R&D in defining new product specifications and throughout the product development process.
  • Competitive Analysis: Evaluate, compare, contrast, and position competitive product offerings and maintain competitive matrices to ensure that our products stay competitive in the market.
  • Business Liaison: Act as the business liaison with key partners, customers, and sales to drive revenue, market share, gross margin, profitability, and program success of the product families.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Engineering; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, as the role requires international complex interactions on a daily basis between Italian HQs and worldwide-based sales teams.
  • Experience: 1-4 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a Product Development Area (as R&D Engineer or Program Manager).
