We are seeking an experienced PV EPC Business Development Manager to join our team in Italy.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic EPC business development plan in Italy, identifying potential clients and emerging opportunities, and staying updated on market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact the EPC business.

  • Create and execute a business development strategy to increase sales and revenue growth in the Italian market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs, requirements, and long-term goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop accurate cost estimates, project plans, and technical solutions.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders and monitor business development activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who bring:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years' experience in PV EPC business development in Italy within the PV EPC industry.
  • Soft skills: effective communication and presentation skills, adaptability and resilience, analytical and strategic thinking, teamwork and collaboration, empathy, active listening, patience, and flexibility.
  • Be decisive, proactive, and totally customer and results-oriented.
