Key Responsibilities:

The Night Manager at Reschio Srl is a key member of the front office team, responsible for ensuring exceptional service to our guests. They work closely with the team to refine service and guest management skills, adhering to our company philosophy, operating standards, and procedures.

Key Objectives:

  • Develop a harmonious work atmosphere through focused collaboration.
  • Maintain professional and ethical relationships with guests, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Oversee overnight operational management of the reception department, including cash register checks and discrepancies reporting.
  • Ensure accurate cash register completion and credit card processing.
  • Manage room service requests and provide guidance to colleagues.
  • Closure of cash registers and sending updated client data to authorities daily.
  • Produce reports for management and administration departments.
  • Participate in teamwork and cooperate with all colleagues.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will work in compliance with all hygiene, health, and safety regulations, correctly use and maintain equipment and materials supplied, and implement training information provided. Further information will be provided during the job interview.
