About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Musketeer - Sales and Marketing Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our premium brand and building strong relationships with key customers and influencers in the hospitality and gastronomy sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Representation: Showcase our brand in a unique and compelling way, bringing it to life in various settings such as trendy cafes, bars, clubs, and festivals.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster and nurture long-term professional relationships with established customers, and create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and deploy innovative strategies and tools to deliver the perfect pitch for Red Bull, exceeding previous marketing and sales goals.
  • Problem Solving and Marketing: Utilize your sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for customers and Red Bull, and come up with new and innovative ways to keep Red Bull number one in the on-premise sector.
  • Networking and Communication: Establish and maintain a network of decision-makers in the hospitality and gastronomy scenes, and possess strong communication skills to build genuine relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Commercial Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of sales processes, strategic and innovative commercial awareness, and analytical skills to analyze sales and customer data, draw the right conclusions, and develop initiatives offering maximum value for both Red Bull and the customer.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel 90-100% of the time, with flexibility and autonomy to work independently and manage your time effectively.
