Job Title: AEMT/Firefighter

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated AEMT/Firefighter to join our team at Metro Paramedic Services, Inc. in Bloomfield-Genoa.

Job Summary

The AEMT/Firefighter will provide medical care and transportation for patients at the AEMT level, within their scope of practice, as stipulated by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care and transportation for patients at the AEMT level
  • Operate emergency vehicles and equipment
  • Participate in fire suppression and rescue operations
  • Collaborate with other emergency responders and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • AEMT License (Paramedic preferred)
  • Wisconsin Firefighter Certification
  • 1 year experience
  • CPR Certified
  • 21 Years of age
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
  • ACLS (Metro will train)
  • PALS (Metro will train)
  • Successfully completion of pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check
